This 8,635 SF renovation included program analysis and development of a new office plan complete with furniture layout reflecting American Heritage's functional needs and image. Much of the renovation budget focused on a fresh impact in the 31st floor elevator lobby, where marble and cherry wood were used on the floor, walls and custom reception desk to create a tranquil entry space. From here the visitor glimpses a preview of the panoramic views of Central Park, the Hudson River, and Midtown Manhattan.
