This Midtown athletic facility is divided into a 2500 SF lower administrative level and 15000 SF upper athletic level.  The athletic spaces are organized to enjoy natural perimeter light while the locker rooms and other service rooms define a compact core at the west party wall. The main stair arrives at a circulation spine that leads to the locker rooms and other athletic spaces.  The spine is treated as a linear gallery with spot-lit poster art on one wall and glazed activity spaces along the other.
