This 200-unit condominium, which follows the design guidelines of the Battery Park City Master Plan, is built over a retail arcade that provides a protected exterior shopping street along Rector Place. The brick and limestone clad building is designed to recall the style of early 20^th century Upper East and West Side buildings, and references Art Deco.  The lobby leads to both the residents' elevators and to the private landscaped garden to the rear.
