Lake Community

This new community, under development in conjunction with architect Brian Swier for J B Ventures, occupies a peninsula on a lake near Birmingham. Composed of individual homes and courtyard condominiums, this village is organized around a linear "Commons" and includes a swimming club, tennis courts, band gazebo and picnic lawn. All residents enjoy direct or nearly direct access to the water. Home owners may semi-customize their houses.
