This 85,000 SF, 74-unit mid-rise residential building is currently under consideration by Douglas Development Corporation. The site, in historic Penn Quarter, includes three 19th century townhouses that will be restored and incorporated into the overall scheme. The new building, which is scaled to the street context and rises in the rear to match the scale of an adjoining bank, is articulated by a filigree layer that defines each apartment's own "porch in the sky."
